Glenn recently led a large-scale IT transformation program which established a new global technology center in Bucharest, Romania and will add another center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This initiative will more than double the size of the company’s IT organization and expand IT’s technology offerings/skills in local markets. Glenn is a proud graduate of Lehigh University, where he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Finance. Rajeev has 23 years of experience in TCS and has been associated with TCS’ top global clients in Mexico, Uruguay, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Spain and USA in different areas such as IT, Business management and development, Process management and Client relation management. He is well respected by Universities, Government bodies, and Industry forums across the region. Gupta has been distinguished as 2017 Nearshore Executive of the Year by Nearshore Americas. He appears in the 2021 list of CIO 100 Mexico, and the 2013 list of Top 25 IT Executives in Latin America, published by Nearshore Americas (Power 50).
He has attended the Executive Leadership Program from Ross School of Business University of Michigan (USA). Rajeev is an Electronics and Communications Engineer from the National Institute of Technology (India) and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Gold Standard Assessor for Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM).

Charles' experience enables him to guide clients toward creating digital products that are attractive to investors and customers. He is dedicated to making the world a better place through business. Although he currently lives in Austin, Texas, he is often found in the company’s innovation centers in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
Yoni has been a true visionary for the LACA region over the last 10 years. His company has significantly changed the landscape for smaller BPOs stepping into the game. He has also shown that smaller GEOs can compete in the region as well.
With an abundance of experience in Global Markets such as North America, India, China, and Latin America, including Mexico, Maritza Diaz now serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ITJ. This company offers consultancy and management services to create software centers of excellence in Mexico.
Over the past eight years, Maritza has established herself as a thought leader in cross-border collaboration in the software industry between San Diego and Baja California.

Based out of the UK, Neil is responsible for the entire global operations team who are 1500 strong with locations across UK, India, Australia, Malaysia, South Africa, and shortly launching in the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean transacting predominantly in English and Mandarin. As his USA team and business grows he will be growing the Spanish speaking team in the nearshore. Also working closely and supporting Foodhub.com founder and CEO Ardian Mula on major overseas acquisitions.
Prior to FoodHub, Neil worked in senior leadership roles for brands such as Apple, Office Depot/Viking, Sandals and Beaches Resorts leading customer and sales operations. With deep domain experience as a client outsourcing for over 20 years, he has outsourced campaigns globally.
Throughout his career, Peter has advised CX outsourcers, contact center clients, national governments, and industry associations on strategic matters like vertical market penetration, service delivery, best practices in technology deployment, and offshore positioning.
Each year, Peter publishes the Front Office Omnibus Survey, known globally as the most comprehensive sounding of enterprise customer experience buyers in North America, Europe, and Australia.

He is a frequent speaker at technology conferences and regularly contributes to Forbes, e-Banking News, The Standard CIO, InformationWeek, TechCrunch, and MIT.
In 2021, NDS Cognitive Labs was recognized as one of the Top San Francisco Startups. Along with co-author and partner Ricardo Parés, he was also named Entrepreneur of the Year by San Francisco's Nexus Illuminate Awards, recognizing him among America's most outstanding technology and service industry entrepreneurs.
With a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Computing Systems, and certificates from MIT, Harvard, and Stanford, Parés is also a university professor with a lifelong passion for transforming digital technologies into business solutions.
Born and raised in Bulgaria, she joined an outsourcing company when she was 18 - when offshore and nearshore outsourcing had just started finding their way to the small Eastern Europe economy. Since then, she’s supported multiple companies, helped attract $25+ million to Bulgaria, and is now trying to increase awareness of nearshore outsourcing for startup tech companies globally.
Gabriela routinely is the counsel of choice of Latin American companies doing business in the U.S. and has recently represented a Latin American client in a multinational M&A transaction, representing her Latin American client in negotiations with some of the largest and most renowned law firms and lawyers in the U.S. and Latin America. Gabriela also represents some of the fastest-growing Dallas-based minority and woman-owned companies. Gabriela regularly speaks locally and internationally on topics such as “Doing Business in the United States,” “Doing Business in Latin America,” “The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act,” and on domestic and international issues affecting multinational companies.
Prior to HighRes Biosolutions, Issam was the VP of Engineering at Brainshark, a leader in sales enablement. At Brainshark, Issam led teams located in Boston, Medellin, and Lima. Brainshark used a combination of private cloud and Azure. Issam also led a globally distributed software team at Carbon Black, which has a large presence in Guadalajara. Issam played a critical role in helping the company launch its AWS cloud product and adopt agile practices.
In the past two decades, Issam has focused on empowering and scaling distributed teams, while helping multiple companies migrate their product offerings to the cloud.
Issam holds a bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
He is an economist with a Degree from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy), and a MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins’ SAIS (Washington, DC), and is now an MBA professor at Fundação Dom Cabral. He is the author of the books “6 Competências para Surfar na Transformação Digital” and “O futuro não é mais como antigamente”; both reached the #1 position on Amazon in the People Management and Leadership sections in Brazil. His podcast Metanoia Lab is among the top 100 podcasts in Business in Brazil.
He currently lives in San Antonio, Tx, with his wife and three children. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Onephase, a Digital Consulting and Software development company with offices in the US and Mexico.

Marcelo is thrilled to lead, serve and collaborate with his global team of digital experts delivering strategy, design, engineering and product management services to some of the largest global brands and their ambitious digital programs. In his current role, Girish leads the engineering teams at The Ksquare Group and is also responsible for design and delivery of all digital initiatives.
Girish brings along an outstanding technical background and exceptional IT skills in software design, development, test and delivery. Over his 16+ years in the IT space he has also developed strong expertise in web & mobile solutions, integration solutions, big data, micro-services, platform design, open source product/platform integrations and predictive analytics. Prior to Improving, Anurag has been a Founder, President and CEO of several other US and international firms over the years as well as holding a variety of leadership development/coaching CEO roles for the Austin Business Board and Vistage, a global business coaching and advising firm.
Anurag holds an MBA from Michigan State University, an M.S. Computer Engineering from Wayne State University, and a B. Tech Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. He is a Charter Member, Founder and former President of TIE Austin and an active executive mentor and angel investor. He currently is a board member of the Austin Chapter of Conscious Capitalism. When is Nexus 2022?
Nexus will take place in two phases: Nexus Opening Night, held from 6pm to 8pm, in New York City on June 8. The next day, June 9, the main Nexus conference will take place at the Apella Events Space, from 8am to 6pm.

Nexus Opening night will be held at a location to be announced. The Nexus 2022 conference will take place at the Apella Events Space, 450 E. 29th St, New York City.

Who will attend Nexus?
Nexus attracts enterprise sourcing decision makers, client brand leaders in technology, marketing and customer engagement, software and IT services firms, business process outsourcing providers, CX and call center services companies and trade and investment agency members.
How many people will attend Nexus?
Nexus typically registers between 150 and 200 people.
Will there be an exhibition area?
Yes. One of the main features of Nexus 2022 is our exhibition area, where attendees will be able to interact with industry leading organizations.
Will food be served?
Yes. Nexus 2022 will provide snacks, coffee and tea, and a full lunch.
Will there be closing reception?
Yes. Nexus 2022 will conclude with a sponsors cocktail reception.
Where can I register?
Registration will open on February 24th, 2022 for Nexus registration. (Both In-Person and Virtual registration will open.)
How much does it cost to attend Nexus?
Nexus attendance can be secured in one of two ways: As a sponsor or as a regular attendee. Sponsorship packages are available upon request. The cost to attend as a regular attendee will be $550 until March 31, $650 for the month of April, and starting May 1 until the close of registration on June 7, the fee will be $695.
Can I attend virtually?
Yes. For the first time in the history of Nexus, the conference will be open to a virtual audience.
Does Nexus have awards?
Yes. The annual Nexus Illuminate Awards, celebrating the best of the Nearshore, is a key part of the Nexus experience. Award winners will be announced at Nexus Opening Night on June 8.
What does the virtual experience provide?
The Nexus 2022 conference main event, including all presentations, panel sessions and announcements, will be streamed to the pre-registered virtual audience. Those who register and pay for access will receive instructions on how to access the live stream.
How many countries are represented?
Nexus typically attracts attendees from over 15 countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
